Annie Nguyen, Regional Brand Manager - New England of Brownie Brittle

I am the Regional Brand Manager of New England for Sheila G's Brownie Brittle. My favorite flavor of Brownie Brittle is Salted Caramel! When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs.

Aaron Hicks, Chef of Charles River Bistro

Chef Hicks loves the challenge of cooking for those who love the experience of exquisite cuisine. Hicks’ cooking mantra “Cook or Die” is his daily theme as he preps, since cooking to him is not only a job but a way a life. Chef Hicks’ passion for cooking began while cooking for his four boys.

As a native Bostonian, who currently resides outside of the city, Hicks began his culinary career at the Reebok headquarters in Canton, MA and continues to cook daily meals for his clients in the heart of the Esplanade. Hicks credits his culinary range to the many teachers who have taught him efficiency, presentation and quality not only in the kitchen but in his daily life. Chef Hicks welcomes the challenge of new experiences as he currently does catered events for The Anthem Group. Hicks can be found with his charming smile and joyful personality cooking on the line at the Charles River Bistro.

Rosa White, Executive Pastry Chef of Finale

Rosa White is an award winning Pastry Chef who has been handcrafting Boston's finest pastries, cakes and sweet treats for over a decade. Rosa served as lead Pastry Chef for Rosie's Bakery for many years and for the last 2 1/2 years has been leading the Finale Pastry team. Rosa has created and perfected many of the fine desserts you've experienced over the years at Finale Desserterie and Bakery.

Melissa Masson, Owner/Chef of So Sweet Confections

Melissa Masson is the owner and chef of So Sweet Confections. Decorating is my passion! I love creating amazing cookies and cakes that are not only beautiful but taste wonderful!
